Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP LAGHI LOMBARDI LARIO

Farmhouse Sorsasso also produces extra virgin olive oil DOP, obtained from its olive trees grown in the hills of Domaso with Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino olives. When ripe, the grapes are hand-picked, usually in November. The olives are immediately taken to the millstones where a system of cold extraction enhances the flavor and the color of the product.
